Will the licensing office accept a form I filled with TrafficForms?

Disc vs registration certificate?

The licence disc is the sticker on your windscreen; the registration certificate (RC1) is the ownership document. Use the DCT to replace a disc/clearance, and the DRC to replace the registration certificate.
